§1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "nc999" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at nc999.bet and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and digital interfaces.
• "Player", "User", "You" or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the nc999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the nc999 platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR or equivalent currency amount held within a Player's nc999 Account at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and any applicable bonus credit.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account by nc999 pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a casino game outcome, sports event result, or any other available betting market on the nc999 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures that nc999 is required to conduct in accordance with its international licensing obligations.

§2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nc999 platform, creating an nc999 Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the nc999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform at the time of participation.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and nc999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

nc999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their nc999 Account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon next login.

§3Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the nc999 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
2. You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activity is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
3. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, problem gambling database, or exclusion list maintained by nc999 or any associated regulatory body.
4. You must be registering in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of nc999 or any of its affiliated entities.

nc999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable identity documents include a valid government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Where nc999 is unable to verify the age or identity of a Player to its satisfaction, nc999 will suspend the relevant Account pending verification and may withhold any funds pending the outcome of that process.

§4Account Registration

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered nc999 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During the nc999 registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nc999 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. nc999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify nc999 immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

nc999 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its discretion, without being required to state a reason, where doing so is necessary to comply with nc999's regulatory obligations or internal risk management policies.

§5Deposits & Withdrawals

nc999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. nc999 may add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month, as published in the nc999 Account cashier section. These limits are subject to change and may vary depending on the payment method selected and the KYC verification status of the relevant Account.

Withdrawals from nc999 are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where nc999 explicitly permits an alternative withdrawal channel.
• Any active Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• nc999 targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes from approval, though actual settlement times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking infrastructure.
• nc999 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays of up to 72 hours in exceptional circumstances.

§6Bonuses & Promotions

nc999 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL cricket season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all nc999 bonus offers:

1. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your nc999 Account and are not available for withdrawal until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met.
2. Standard Wagering Requirements are 25x the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is specified in the promotion terms.
3. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
4. nc999 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a Player's Account.
5. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus structures, engaging in arbitrage, or using systematic wagering strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational intent may have their bonus cancelled and account reviewed.
6. A maximum of one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method applies.

§7Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the nc999 platform are final once confirmed. nc999 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described in these Terms or in the applicable game or sport-specific rules.

nc999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• The bet was placed on an event or market that was displayed in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect market descriptions, or system errors.
• The outcome of the relevant event is disputed or subject to an investigation by the relevant sporting authority.
• nc999 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with advance knowledge of the outcome, or in connection with any form of match-fixing, corruption, or cheating.
• A technical fault or connectivity issue resulted in the bet being placed under materially different conditions than those displayed to the Player at the time of placement.

For live casino games provided through nc999's certified third-party game providers, the rules of each individual game apply as displayed within the game interface. In cases of dispute between the game interface display and these Terms, the game provider's certified rules take precedence for matters relating to game mechanics, payouts, and outcomes. For account and payment matters, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.

§8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nc999 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with nc999.
• Opening or operating more than one nc999 Account, whether in your own name or using third-party identities.
• Using the nc999 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes in nc999 platform systems or game engines.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without nc999's prior written authorisation.
• Sharing Account access with any third party, including facilitating access by minors under the age of 21.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in live table games, poker formats, or any other multi-player game environments on nc999.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing nc999 staff or support agents via any communication channel.

§9Responsible Gaming

nc999 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Players. nc999 recognises that gambling can become problematic for a minority of users and has implemented a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools accessible from every Player dashboard.

Available responsible gaming tools on nc999 include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their nc999 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration alerts that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Player cannot access the nc999 platform.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their nc999 Account and be excluded from the platform may request self-exclusion via the account settings dashboard or by contacting nc999 support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 5 years.

§10Intellectual Property

All content on the nc999 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, software code, text, promotional materials, and the nc999 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of nc999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nc999 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any nc999 platform content without the prior written consent of nc999.

§11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nc999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the nc999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

nc999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their nc999 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nc999 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. nc999 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or third-party service disruptions affecting payment providers or game suppliers.

§12Amendments to Terms

nc999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at nc999.bet/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document.

For material amendments — those that affect Player rights in a significant way — nc999 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address on record, or via a notice displayed within the Player's nc999 Account upon login.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the nc999 platform and close your Account before the amendment effective date. Your continued use of the nc999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
